    Island Barn Reservoir is a 122 acre, deep water raised reservoir, giving open water inland sailing with no trees, islands, shallows or other water users. We're just 15 miles from central London and 5 miles from M3 J1.

    The organising authority is Island Barn Reservoir Sailing Club. The event will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing. The following documents will apply; RYA Racing Charter, RYA Prescriptions, Class Rules and the Sailing Instructions of the event. Competitors are entirely responsibly for their own safety, whether afloat or ashore and nothing in the Notice of Race or Sailing Instructions or anywhere else reduces this responsibility. All competitors are required to hold third party insurance for racing of at least £2,000,000. Upon entry, competitors automatically give perpetual right and permission for video footage or photographs of themselves or their boat to be published in any media for press, editorial or advertising purposes.
